上海真味珍工贸有限公司2002年创建于中国最大的经济城市、国际重要的金融中心城市，“东方明珠”—上海。同时创立了公司主品牌“真味珍”，主要从事现制饮品及甜品配料的销售。

2006年公司建设了自己的食品工厂。

淀粉制品类：免煮冲泡粉圆，速煮粉圆，爆浆麻薯粉圆，烤不爆麻薯粉圆，耐烤麻薯粉圆，抗冻麻薯粉圆、冷冻黑糖蜜粉圆、冷冻果汁蜜粉圆、常温生制粉圆等9个产品类别、以及五谷类粉圆：芋圆、红薯圆、紫薯圆、南瓜圆、芝麻圆等。

糖浆类：焦糖糖浆、黑糖糖浆等其他类糖浆。

二、岗位需求

1、渠道通路经理：餐饮通路4人、冰品行业通路：2人、烘焙行业通路：2人、杯装饮料行业通路2人、外贸跟单员1人

2、人事和绩效经理（2人）

3、成本会计（2人）

4、生产副厂长（2人）

5、研发&品控经理（4~8人）

三、岗位职责

1、渠道通路经理：负责新客户开发管理、现有客户的客户管理、订单管理，计划管理、物流管理、打样及样品管理

2、人事和绩效经理：协助总经理决定公司劳动人事政策：招聘、录用、培训、考绩、晋升、调配、下岗、辞退、退休、惩罚意见、考勤、纪律、保险标准

3、成本会计：负责对本公司成本资料的收集、整理、归集、核算和汇总

4、生产副厂长：全面负责组织、建立工厂生产计划管理体系、现场管理体系、质保管理体系、成本管理体系、考核管理体系以及各项制度流程

5、研发&品控经理： A、负责公司生产质量管理体系，现场管理体系、认证管理体系、

B、负责新产品开发、保质期测试和新产品相关标准制定

四、任职要求

30-50岁，中专以上学历，有两年以上实际工作经验，中国共产党员优先（提供特别工资待遇）；

工作地点：上海市、浙江嘉兴市

月薪资待遇：4000元-12000元

工作时间做五休二， 缴纳五险一金

渠道通路经理:底薪＋新客户开拓提成奖＋高额提成奖+团队提成奖
